Monisha Madhok has been an integral member of the Portway team since the firm’s inception. As Team Leader Operations, Monisha has played a key role in developing the firm’s Customs and Logistics vertical. Monisha’s Customs expertise has provided Portway the means to meet and exceed its clients’ objectives of increasing capacity while significantly lowering operating costs.
Monisha has an extremely comprehensive background. Her degree in Bachelor of Laws, coupled with her years of legal experience, gives Monisha a unique ability to understand complex Customs issues and apply her knowledge in a manner that benefits her clients. Monisha is an effective leader with strong mentoring and analytical skills.
Indra Mehra

One of Portway’s first employees, Indra was quickly identified as one of the firm’s future leaders. Indra has exceptional analytical skills. Her ability to manage people in a manner that ensures she exceeds her clients’ objectives has garnered praise from her colleagues and clients. Indra has developed outstanding freight and customs skills and is a true innovator.
Indra is a science graduate with B. ED degree and is currently pursuing her MBA

Amanpreet is an M.B.A. (HR) from EMPI Business School, New Delhi. She has diverse experience of over 5 years in HR. She has had successful stints with respected service brands such as Infosys and Fiserv. She is responsible and accountable for the entire framework of Organizational Policies and Procedures at Portway.
